Cara Wellness Plans

At Cara Dentistry, we are committed to providing quality care no matter your financial situation. We accept most insurance plans, we offer third party financing options, and we have an in-house membership plan to accommodate for all patients.

Junior Wellness Plan $199 - for Age 3-14:

  • 2 Oral Health Exams
  • 2 Basic Cleanings
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments when indicated
  • Essential X-rays [Full Mouth 1x/3yrs, Bitewings 2x/1yr, additional as needed]
  • 20% discount on all other Dental Treatment
  • Intraoral Imaging as needed
  • 1 Emergency Care Visit [Exams and Essential X-rays]

Membership plan guidelines:

  1. Only offered to those without dental insurance.
  2. Membership fee is due at enrollment, valid for one year, and is non-refundable.
  3. Discount is applicable only when full payment is received on the day of treatment.
  4. membership plans cannot be combined with dental insurance
  5. Only applicable to services performed at Cara dentistry, not in a hospital or other location.
  6. Specialist referrals will not honor the discount.
  7. Does not apply to costs covered by worker’s compensation
  8. When used for Invisalign/Spark treatment, the person being treated must remain a member for the entire duration of treatment.
  9. Cara Dentistry reserves sole discretion to refuse treatment to any plan member or dismiss any plan member as a patient.
